“Reading is one of my favorite activities. I read for enjoyment, enlightenment, and education. One day I came across a motivational quote that stated, “I ASPIRE to INSPIRE before I EXPIRE”. This spoke to my heart and head.
Throughout my career, I have experienced many outstanding professional and personal opportunities that have shaped the woman I have become. I truly believe that God gives us what we need to do the best we can when we can before our time ends. My legacy is to give back through mentorship and coaching so that all I have learned can be passed on to others. Therefore, I ASPIRE to INSPIRE before I EXPIRE!
“She is a strong person, and people respect her. She looks to the future with confidence.” Proverbs 31:5

Aspire to Inspire STARs was a success because the most important elements to develop healthy relationships are trust and open communication. These elements are also critical to encourage the surfacing of problems or concerns before they lead to failures. I'm so excited that my first RAISING QUALITY TOGETHER MENTORING group has been very successful moving from STAR 1 TO STAR 2.

Mrs. Kimble was a significant instructor in my coursework at Community College of Philadelphia that I was influential in my early childhood career. The reflective supervision that she gave me influenced best practices in the classroom and guidance on my work with children.

I am eternally grateful for the work and support extended to me by the Aspire to Inspire team. The knowledge, wisdom, and mentoring support to ECE programs are immeasurable. I moved from hiring new staff to our team based on warm friendly personalities, that on paper, appear to meet the needed childcare experience requirements; to creating new interview questions that support the ECE experience noted on the resume. I see this field with a new vision and insight and credit Aspire to Inspire for the awesome work they invested in me as a new member to the ECE field of expertise. Now I am living my best ECE life thanks to Aspire to Inspire team. Thanks
